The expanded Residency is a program that iniciated in 2014 from the exchange between artists that have stayed at the Fljótstunga Residency and that would like to invite Icelandic artists to their working and living space.
Each residency is individual, free of charge, and can offer different types of accommodation and studio spaces.
If you are interested in Icelandic culture and arts and would like to host an Iceland artist please contact Lilian to organize the residency at lilian@fljotstunga.is
To apply for an expanded residency please send your application with the following information to: lilian@fljotstunga.is
1. Name of the residency you are applying to
2. 2 week period preferfred dates for residency.
3. Personal data:
Name, age, and contact information.
4. Profile picture.
5. Brief presentation letter.
6. Brief information about the project you would like to develop during your stay.
7. PDF with selected information or relevant previous work that suport the project you intend to develop.
8. Links to web pages or to samples of previous work.
9. Summarized CV.
10. If and how you could contribute to the residency during and after your stay.
11. If you have funds to come to this residency.
